The Lemon Detox Diet, or Master Cleanse Diet is a Powerful Way to Rid the Body of Toxins and Aid Weight Loss!

The popular lemon and maple syrup diet is fairly simple and calls for a minimum of 60 ounces of freshly made lemonade with a pinch of cayenne to be consumed each day for five days. Herbal teas can be used in the lemonade or separately. The master cleanse also uses a laxative to promote daily bowel movements, and this can take the form of salt water or an herbal laxative in tea form.

Easing into the cleanse

  • 2 teaspoons of organic cayenne pepper

Mix up all the ingredients into a large container and consume throughout the day.

2. One serving Vitamineral Green. (as directed) This is important to help alkalize the body

3. Colon flush (anytime, but not within one hour of drinking above)

  • 1 tsp unrefined, non-iodized sea salt mixed with 30 ounces of water.


  • Intestinal Movement Formula (as directed)


  • An herbal laxitive tea

4. Take an enema at the end of the first day. It is very important to rid your body of the toxins it is “stirring up“. Otherwise they will be re-absorbed and you may feel sick.

Herbal teas are fine to drink during the day as long as you observe the rules above.

Two days after the cleanse:

It is just as important to ease out of the diet as well. Do exactly as you did coming into it, eating a little less food on the first day than the second. You want to get your body used to solid food again.
