Overtaxed or toxic liver – As you take these estrogen creating things out of your diet, do a cleanse as well to get them out for good. A healthy liver will go a long way to balancing out your body.
Chemicals – From soap and shampoo to cleaning supplies. Shop online for chemical free soaps. If you can’t eat it, do not put it on your skin.
