Many tests have shown MSG to be poisonous to many humans, but is being added to more an more foods in secret forms. So even looking for the words MSG may not help you identify if you are ingesting it.
Some of the effects are long term and very debilitating. And as information seems to be being suppressed, we may have no idea how bad it really is.
